Our Holiday cards this year.  I tried taking photos in front of some kind of Christmas tree/snowman, but it was an epic fail.  Instead I took these pictures of the girls and I think they turned out better.    I like that I was able to write a little about each girl.  We didn't get the chance to do birth annoucments for Faith, time just got away from us.  So tell me what you think.

Oh and 8 inches between Faith and Audrey.  Haha

Holiday Cards

I love creating our holiday cards every year.  Every year I stress about finding the right pictures, but I never have to stress about finding the right card.  That is simply because I go to Shutterfly (http://www.shutterfly.com/) to create my card.  I have used Shutterfly to create our cards since Kayleigh was born 4 years ago.  They have tons of choices to pick from.(http://www.shutterfly.com/cards-stationery/holiday-cards )  You are sure to find the right one

One of my favorite cards from a few years ago.(http://www.shutterfly.com/ssc/viewPreview.sfly?fid=b84c631745c4c001328a6b68bbcad23c5625c431369d420afd12f45bbad520ea94fc9b6de9c1aa5f312ee0a711a05687)  It was a cute 4x8 card with 3 ornaments to place pictures in.  I used one of my all time favorite pictures of Kayleigh
Kayleigh 9 months old

This year I like this card Snowflake wishes (http://www.shutterfly.com/cards-stationery/cards-stationery/snowflake-wishes-christmas-card-5x7-flat?sortType=1&storeNode=93479) because it reminds me so much of my past favorite.
Now that I have 3 girls, it would be  easy to pick 3 pictures of the girls alone and even have room to have one of the 3 girls together.  Of course my diva Kayleigh, would want one of the bigger circles.
Now that I have 3 children, I could to the ever so popular JOY cards, where each girl is holding a letter to spell out JOY and use a card like this (http://www.shutterfly.com/cards-stationery/christmas-cards/little-christmas-christmas-5x7-photo-card-5x7-photo?sortType=1&storeNode=93480)
Off to take pictures of the girls!

Tomorrow my girl turns 4

4 years ago tonight, I was having some pains not really thinking it was anything.  After all I was still 8 days away from my due date and I was pregnant with my first born. (I have one angel baby in heaven)  I heard first borns are always late so I was trying not to get  my hopes up.  I had a doctors appointment the next day and they were going to induce me if my fluid levels were still low.  I never made it to that doctors appointment.

When life hands you lemons....

Enough lemons already, I'm tired of making lemonaid. Things need to get better, for realsie. Hopefully when we sell this bad luck house (which we are having a hard time selling) things will turn around.

First Day of PreK

Kayleigh with her teacher Ms. Dimarco
K started PreK yesterday, I can't believe she is so "grown" up. She loves PreK.

Ms. Dimarco seems like a nice teacher. She looks like, dresses like a typical "Jersey Girl". I'm sure she doesn't act like one (or so I hope)

Tummy Time

Faith hates tummy time. She cries and cries when she is on her tummy. I was reading one of my favorite sites, when I came across this bloghttp://fixin-a-flat.blogspot.com and learned about a new product. This looks really neat. Tumzee is a new tummy time product designed to help with tummy time. THey look really neat!

Lazy Sundays

A long time ago in a far away land there once was a thing called Lazy Sundays. On lazy Sundays you could be totally lazy. Sleep late, watch tv, relax and do what ever work that "had" to be done. It was a great day. Walks with the dogs were taken, tv from the previous week was caught up on, books were read, oh it was a great day.

Today we told the girls we were going to have a "lazy Sunday". They don't seem to get the concept of this day yet. Singing and dancing, board games, art and craft time and swimming after nap time.

One day I hope to have a lazy Sunday again, but right now, I wouldn't change anything for the world.

A trip to the dentist

Both girls had dentist appointments today. Kayleigh went to the dentist in January and did awesome then so I really wasn't worried about her going to her appointment. Our dentist does "sister visits" so the younger sibling can see what the dentist is all about. When I made the appointment they entered Audrey's appointment as a regular one instead of a sister visit. Audrey went back on her own and did everything they asked for and more. They couldn't believe how awesome she did! My girls are the best. She was so proud of getting her teeth brush my the dentist and screamed "Me!" when I ask who got their teeth cleaned.

Faith slpet through the whole thing.

How to piss off your wife in 30 seconds or less

1. Watch her empty the dishwasher and put away said dishes and then put a dish in the sink.

2. When asked if you need a drink say no and then reach for her bottle of water claiming you only need a "little sip"

A post from May of last year

I should have listned to it because if I thought it was uglier the second time around.............man you should see it the third time around. It can be filed under "what the hell was I thinking"

Been a while huh?

7 months later and I have returned.

We are due with girl #3 in July. We like the name Faith and so do the girls so Faith it is for the new baby.

My mom went to heaven Feb. 25, 2010 at the age of 59. We miss her every day. Today as I was cleaning the playroom I found the book "Twas the night before Christmas" that she gave to the girls at Christmas time. It was the one from Hallmark and her voice was recorded on it. I played that thing so many times today. It was a good thing the girls were napping and didn't have to see my tears.

Looking foward to warmer weather and planting in the yard. The girls are growing like weeds. Poor Audrey is still so little that some 12 months are bigger than her. She thinks she is large and in charge, but that is far from the truth.

Kayleigh is so smart that it is scary. At this rate she will be smarter than us by Kindergarten.
